On behalf of the RINECKER PROTON THERAPY CENTER (RPTC), PRO HEALTH COMPLETE CARE SERVICE LTD. (PH-CCS) offers you our exclusive premium care support.
Just as the RPTC is your partner for all medical issues, the PH-CCS takes care of all other personal and practical arrangements. We will consult closely with you in order to coordinate your treatment and residence here, with special attention given to your personal requests. There will be one contact person, who will attend personally to your needs for the length of your visit. We want to make your stay in Munich as comfortable as possible.
Your personal contact from Complete Care will assist you during the planning and treatment period, and will be at your service for any concerns you may have. We provide information, take care of travel arrangements, assist with entry visas, and organise airport transfers and hotel accommodations, as well as shuttle service to the RPTC. We will make sure everything corresponds to your requirements, and, depending upon your preferences, we can welcome you personally at the airport or at your hotel. We will also coordinate any service you might require, such as a limousine, secretarial services, interpreter, personal trainer, childcare, etc. Depending on the requested services, the duration of your stay and the number of people accompanying you, we will provide you a customised, all-inclusive cost estimate.
