Course of Treatment
Prior to making a final decision about your eligibility for treatment, we invite you to come in any case for a preliminary medical consultation. See admission formalities.
All formalities and your appointments will be discussed with you in the RPTC patient admission office. For patient identification purposes, we will photograph you and give you a personal wristband with identification code that you should wear throughout your course of treatment.
During your first medical consultation, we will discuss your past medical history, the indication for proton therapy, its adverse effects, and your course of treatment in detail with you.
